Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is confirmed by:

Please note: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues

We take utmost care in delivering your products in pristine condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, weโ€™re here to help.

  • Inspection at Delivery: Kindly inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Unboxing Video: If possible, record an unboxing video to assist in resolving any issues.
  • Report Within 24 Hours: Notify us of any problems within 24 hours of delivery by emailing connect@preityprerna.com.
  • If Refund is approved, the amount will be credited into the original mode of payment within 14 working days.
